Well they would certainly be wrong because the answer is "a garbage truck!" which is both clever and extremely punny, I mean funny.
Another example of a funny riddle is "what two things can you never eat for breakfast?" OK, so allergies and digestive problems aside, the reader of this riddle is probably thinking that you can't eat steak and mashed potatoes for breakfast, but the reader would be very wrong because the answer is "lunch and dinner".
